→ Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 24hours (i.e., by 12.00pm Indian time) prior to your arrival date.

→ Cancellation or amendment not made within 24hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).

→ In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your company.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
